We are looking for a Specialist in Accounting to join our Finance International Business Team as soon as possible. Our team consists of experienced colleagues in the areas of accounting, controlling, order management and office administration, who are based in Nieuwegein and Düsseldorf. Furthermore, the role will co-ordinate with the head office in Ireland and the Canadian and Australian businesses.

Your contribution

You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with FRS, Dutch GAAP and German Commercial Code (HGB).
You determine and post assets, receivables, provisions and intercompany calculations.
You will support our team with monthly reporting, annual corporate planning and the annual tax audit.

What makes you stand out

You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance.
You already have professional experience in Accounting or in a similar field of activity.
You are confident in using financial applications/ERP systems, especially SAP and MS Office, other applications such as Salesforce etc. would be a plus.
You have already had some touch points with general accounting principles, such as the German HGB or Dutch GAAP, in your professional career and would enjoy deepening your knowledge with the help of our team
Fluency in English and Dutch complete your profile, German would be a plus.
You demonstrate an independent and self-reliant way of working and have a strong sense of service.
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel regularly to the Aryza site in Düsseldorf to maintain a close cooperation & collaboration with your team members in Germany.
