Insolvency Analyst

Job Description
​The successful candidate will be responsible for the process of Insolvency cases in line with the business's Service Level Agreements. 
In the most part, the sorting of information from post (physical & electronic) received into the business alongside working these post items as part of the personal insolvency timeline. 
You will be provided full training in the industry, our business, how to operate our systems and how to work the tasks you have been assigned, this will be followed up with an ongoing training ​programme tailored to keep your ​workload varied and your skills sharp.
You will be responsible for managing your workload and planning your time to achieve your set goals, following process and workflows, delivering great service and operating within the relevant regulatory framework.
Your contribution
  • Ensuring that our client and our customers' clients are provided with the best possible service.
  • Protecting the customer journey
  • Building positive working relationships
  • Supporting the growth of our business and our clients by engaging with our business improvement and broader strategic activity
  • Working with our in-house software’s to update data or progress workflows to ensure our clients and customers have the latest and best information
  • Processing information received from third parties, interrogating the data for anomalies and resolving exceptions
  • Working with BI and MI to identify and action trends Building positive working relationships
  • Making outbound calls to businesses in order to obtain information or communicate outcomes
  • Handling inbound consumer and business enquires (when appropriately trained)
  • General administration
  • Processing and sorting information from post and other sources
  • Inputting data onto an in-house system
  • Building positive relationships with suppliers
  • Provide a good standard of customer service through either written or verbal communication
